Application for permission to keep a dog
If you would like to keep a dog in your rental property, you usually need to apply for permission. Please use this form to submit your application.

Move-in and move-out
Before moving in
Congratulations on your new home! We would like to welcome you to DEAS. Before moving into your new property, we kindly ask you to fill out this form so that we can get in touch with you.
Authorization for move-in inspection.
You can grant authorization for someone else to represent you in connection with the move-in of your rental unit. For example, they can participate on your behalf in the move-in inspection of your apartment.
Authorization for move-out inspection
You can grant authorization for someone else to represent you in connection with the move-out of your rental unit. For example, they can participate on your behalf in the move-out inspection of your apartment.
Lease agreement and rent
Termination
To ensure the best possible termination and move-out process, we recommend using this form so that your administrator receives the necessary information.
Subletting
Are you going on a long study trip or business trip? Or do you have an extra room to spare? Subletting can be an option.
Apartment exchange
You can apply for an apartment exchange with another tenant. However, there are certain conditions that need to be met.
The tenant wishes to terminate the lease agreement
If there are multiple tenants on the lease agreement, one of them can apply to terminate the lease using this form.
Power of attorney to sign lease agreement
You can authorize another person to sign your lease agreement on your behalf. Fill out this power of attorney form and grant the authorized person permission to sign using their own digital signature.
Maintenance
Apply for improvements to rental property
If parts of your apartment need to be renewed, you can apply to the landlord to have improvements made to your apartment.
Apply for the use of funds from the interior maintenance account
If an interior maintenance account is associated with your apartment, you can apply to use a certain amount from it to cover maintenance expenses.
Order a copy of the 10-year maintenance plan
If a mandatory 10-year maintenance plan has been prepared for the property you reside in, you can request a copy to be sent to you.
Study/educational activity
Declaration of study/educational activity
If you have followed your study program as planned by the educational institution, you need to use this form to document your study activity.
Declaration of lack of study/educational activity
If you have NOT completed the study program in full, you should use this form to document your study activity.
