DEAS is a leading property management and advisory company with over 30 years of experience and operations across Denmark. We serve tenants, associations, private investors and institutional investors. We have a large team of dedicated employees in different professions who work hard every day to improve the way we live.

DEAS is present throughout Denmark with more than 2,000 commercial and residential properties. We manage over 79,795 housing units inhabited by 41,617 tenants, 8,142 commercial tenants, 10,294 cooperative owners, and 19,742 homeowners. In addition, we have over 900 property specialists employed, who work to ensure the well-being of tenants and owners. Our employees are also distributed across the country, with offices in Aalborg, Aarhus, and Valby.

Tenant satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. We believe that happy tenants contribute to a positive atmosphere in our properties, fostering good neighborly relationships, well-being, and security. Happy tenants tend to stay longer, which also brings several positive effects.
We strive to provide you, as a tenant, with excellent service and meet your needs and desires. However, there may be times when we fall short. That’s why your feedback is incredibly valuable to us.
Every year, we conduct a satisfaction survey among our tenants. We do this to view things from an “outside-in” perspective, aiming to understand what you think we should improve, what’s working well, and what’s not. Only through your feedback can we become a better property manager for you. We also send satisfaction surveys to the boards of condominium associations to ensure we meet their needs and continuously improve.
One of the areas where we have made special efforts is our interaction with you. In 2022, we introduced the digital customer service platform DIXA, which has improved our interaction with tenants and streamlined our processes.
In 2023, we launched a new resident portal that will encompass all functions for both residents and boards, emphasizing self-service and community. Our goal is to provide a complete and always relevant platform, making it easy and logical to live in a community we collaborate with.
