In the second half of 2024, DEAS A/S gained new owners in the form of the Finnish PHM Group, becoming one of several partners in the Danish branch of the business. In addition to DEAS, PHM Group Denmark consists of the best local companies, which share the same values and motivations: entrepreneurship and a fair and responsible way of working.

Together with PHM Group, we continue to work on modernizing the property sector and still offer sustainable and digitalized service solutions that ensure high service quality and excellent customer experiences for our investors and tenants.

With the acquisition, PHM gained the most comprehensive range of services and expertise in property maintenance and management in Denmark.
