Terminate and vacate your lease

The rules for moving out are not the same for all apartments. Therefore, we recommend that you thoroughly familiarize yourself with the process and read our guidelines or get a quick overview in our service guide (pdf).

To ensure the best possible move-out experience, we recommend that you use this form when giving notice so that your administrator has the necessary information.

If you have already terminated your lease through another method with your administrator, the original date will apply. Nevertheless, we ask you to use this form.
