Keeping a cat is not permitted in all properties
You can check your lease agreement or the property's house rules to see if keeping a cat is allowed in the property you reside in.
If permission is granted, it is usually limited to one pet per unit. If permission is granted, I hereby declare that:
The cat must not cause any disturbance to other tenants in the property.
The cat must be kept indoors and is not allowed on any balcony or in the garden associated with the apartment.
The cat must be neutered or spayed when it reaches adulthood.
The permission only applies to the cat described below.
