Tenant wants to withdraw

Are there multiple tenants registered on the lease agreement, and one of them wishes to move out?

If you and the other tenant have been married and divorced or separated, or if you have lived together for at least 2 years immediately before one of you moves out, the other tenant has the right to continue the lease.

In other cases, it requires the landlord's consent for one tenant to exit the lease.

Please fill out and submit the application for exit. If it is possible to accommodate your request, we will send an addendum to your lease agreement, which both of you must sign.
