Letter of authorization – inspection when moving in

If you give another person the authorization to participate in inspections of your apartment on your behalf, when moving in and out, they must remember to bring the letter of authorization.

• Inspection when moving in
  When the inspection is happening the proxy holder will receive the keys and be asked to sign the key receipt, the inspection report, reading the meter and subscribing to utility companies. The proxy holder has the full responsibility for the keys until they are handed over to you.

• Inspection when moving out
  While the inspection is happening the proxy holder should hand over the keys, sign the key receipt, the inspection report, reading the meter and subscribing to utility companies. The proxy holder has the full responsibility for the keys until the key receipt is signed.
