Hand over of commercial lease

If you wish to transfer your lease and contract to another tenant, you can apply for hand over. A copy of the signed purchase agreement, the latest annual accounts from the incoming tenant, etc., must be attached to the application.

Subletting of commercial lease

Apply to sublet your commercial lease if you wish to hand over the use of the lease to a third party. A copy of the signed sublease contract must be attached to the application.

Terminate commercial lease

Use this form to terminate your commercial lease. This way, you can be sure that all necessary information is provided. If you have already terminated the lease in another manner, the original date will still apply. We still ask you to use the form.
