It should be a good experience for you to live in a rental apartment. That's why we are replacing the existing tenant app DEAS 24syv with our new app, TenEx.

With the app, you have the tools you need to get the best tenant experience.

Find answers to the most common questions about the app

TenEx by DEAS is replacing the existing DEAS 24/7 app. However, to ensure the transition happens as smoothly as possible, the app will gradually be made available to all tenants. This approach is taken to catch any potential errors early in the launch phase.

You can download the app from where you usually get apps for your iPhone or Android. Please note that we are gradually making the app available to tenants during the launch phase, and therefore you will only be able to log in to the app once you have received an email from us confirming it's available for you. We do this to ensure you experience the fewest possible errors in the app.

Yes, the existing app DEAS 24/7 will be replaced by the new app TenEx by DEAS. This transition is being made to provide a better and more user-friendly experience for tenants.

Perhaps it's because you entered your address incorrectly? Try starting the login process in the app again and be extra careful with spelling errors.

It could also be that you haven't been invited to use the app yet and are not registered as a user in the app. We are gradually making the app available to tenants at DEAS to minimize errors. You will receive an email when the app is ready for use in your property.

In the "Requests" section of the menu, you can easily write to us in the app.

Remember, in case of urgent damage in your apartment or on the property, it is important that you immediately call Customer Support. See how below.

If you are facing an urgent damage in your apartment or on the property, it is important that you immediately call Customer Support.

When is a damage considered urgent?

  • When there is a direct danger to the safety of residents or neighbors.

  • If the damage can worsen or the costs can increase significantly if not addressed immediately.

In such situations, it is crucial to act quickly to protect all involved and prevent further damage. Our Customer Support team is ready to assist you in these critical moments from 7 AM to 4 PM Monday to Friday.

Outside our office hours, you will be automatically forwarded to our emergency 24-hour service.

To use the TenEx by DEAS app, your iOS or Android device must support one of the following operating system versions:

  • iOS 15 and later

  • Android 8 or later

If your operating system is older than the versions described here, you will need to update it.

Although we're sad to say goodbye, you can of course delete your TenEx by DEAS app account. You can do this directly in the app:

  1. Select the "My Home" tab.

  2. Scroll to the bottom.

  3. Click on the link "Delete my app account", after which you will no longer be able to use the TenEx by DEAS app.
