Order change in ownership

When a buyer is found for your property, you or your real estate agent should notify us so that we can register the ownership change.

The creation of the ownership change incurs a fee, which is collected from the buyer along with the first payment of common expenses, etc. You can see the fee in our price list. Please note that depending on the registered security interest in your property, there may be an additional fee to the ownership change fee.

Please be aware that it's the legal (registered) takeover date that should be provided, not any previously agreed-upon disposition date.
