When your property has been assessed
When your property has been assessed, you need to order a set of key information documents, which are required by law. You can do this by filling out the form below.
If you are a real estate agent, you can use a different form to order cooperative housing association information.
Additional documents for the buyer:
In addition to the key information documents, you must provide the following documents to the buyer:
A copy of the cooperative housing association's articles of association.
The cooperative housing association's latest annual report and budget.
Minutes from the cooperative housing association's latest ordinary general meeting and any subsequent extraordinary general meetings.
Maintenance plan, if the association has one.
The most recent energy performance certificate for the property.
DEAS will fill out the forms and provide the documents, and we charge a fee for this service, which you can find in our price list.
When a cooperative housing unit changes ownership, there are many rules in the Cooperative Housing Act and the association's articles of association that must be followed. At DEAS, we follow a specific procedure, which you can learn more about.
