Subletting of commercial lease

In subletting, you as the tenant give the right of use of the leased property to a third party - either wholly or partially.

It is stated in the lease contract whether you have the right to sublet.

The lease relationship exists between you and the landlord, which means that payment, dialogue about the lease, etc., still takes place between you and the landlord.

A copy of a signed sublease contract must be attached to the application.
