Receive mail, documents, and notifications from us via email, e-Boks, web, SMS, and NemKonto - ensuring you have easy and quick access to all the information. Digital mail is for you who live in a rental property or in a condominium or housing association managed by DEAS.
Are you a tenant?
Please be aware that we send most of our mail via email. In special cases, when required, it will be sent either to e-Boks or as a letter.
How to proceed:
Send us your information by clicking the button above and entering the details in the form. Afterwards, confirm their accuracy with MitID. Once you've submitted your information, you can choose DEAS as the sender you want to receive digital mail from in e-Boks. You will be provided with a link to e-Boks after submitting your information.
What do you need to send us?
We need your address, CPR number, email address, and your tenant/customer number. You can find the number on the latest invoice or on letters you have received from DEAS. Have you already provided us with this information?
When does DEAS send digital mail?
Once you have signed up, you will start receiving selected letters from DEAS in e-Boks.
When you enter your CPR number in the registration form, you give consent to the landlord and/or administrator to process your personal data. The same applies to your email address if we haven't received it previously.
You can withdraw your consent at any time and request the landlord and/or administrator to delete the relevant personal data.
When we collect personal information from you, we are obligated to provide you with certain information. The data controller for the processing of your personal data is your landlord, housing cooperative, homeowner's association, or DEAS A/S.
The purpose of collecting your CPR number is to enable DEAS A/S to communicate with you digitally, and the legal basis for the processing is your consent, as mentioned above. You can read the additional information you are entitled to in connection with the collection of personal data in DEAS' privacy policy.
All information in the form is sent through a secure connection, and you confirm your details with your MitID. Your information will be treated confidentially and will only be used by DEAS for relevant communication concerning your accommodation.
Your details will be securely stored, and only a few selected individuals at DEAS will have access to them.
You can always contact DEAS if you wish to withdraw your information at a later time.
DEAS collaborates with the company Penneo to verify your identity using MitID.
