History
DEAS' story began with successful outsourcing.
DEAS’ story began in the late 1980s, when the pension funds of PKA decided to outsource property management operations. PKA acquired H.P. Løvengreens Tanneries, which owned eight rental properties and was therefore able to take over the management activities. And in 1989, the name “Løvengreen” was replaced by Dan-Ejendomme A/S.
