History

DEAS' story began with successful outsourcing.

DEAS’ story began in the late 1980s, when the pension funds of PKA decided to outsource property management operations. PKA acquired H.P. Løvengreens Tanneries, which owned eight rental properties and was therefore able to take over the management activities. And in 1989, the name “Løvengreen” was replaced by Dan-Ejendomme A/S.

Over the years, the acquisition of other companies formed the road to growth and volume for us. JKE Estate Agents and Kuben Ejendomsadministration A/S are examples of this. They were acquired in 2009 and 2010 respectively.

In the spring of 2010 we launched our housing portal, Findbolig.nu, a powerful and innovative tool for renting property and managing waiting lists.

Dan-Ejendomme A/S changed its name to DEAS, which is our name today.

In June 2015, Montagu Private Equity, one of Europe's leading private equity funds, acquired 100 % of the shares in DEAS Holding A/S. DEAS A/S the property management company is a 100 % owned subsidiary of DEAS Holding A/S.

Since 2011 DEAS has focused on quality management. In October 2016 our quality management system was certified according to ISO 9001:2015.
