• Copy of rental agreement: 525 dkk

• Resending of FI card: 200 dkk

• Copy of notification letter: 262.5 dkk

• Fee for reordering laundry card and parking card (price in addition to company’s price): 218.75 dkk

• Fee for international transfer: 462.5 dkk

• Fee for obtaining quotes for renovations not chosen by the tenant: 1,175 dkk

• Fee for reviewing and overseeing tenant’s own renovation project: 1,175 dkk

• Non-registration for electricity, 2nd notice: 349 dkk

• Voluntary settlement regarding arrears: 310 – 5,100 dkk

• Payment of rent invoice via bank transfer: 168.75 dkk

• Fee for ordering a new key (guideline price, inquire with your caretaker): Current daily price at locksmith

• Addendum to the lease: 1,875 dkk
