CASE

From vacancy to a leased commercial space

A commercial unit that had been vacant for eight years was presented to a potential tenant through a clear design and usage concept developed by DEAS.

Based on this, a lease agreement was signed. DEAS then executed the project within the agreed timeframe and budget, delivering the space to both the client and the tenant.

Documented impact:

  • Total investment incl. VAT: DKK 3,396,612
  • Non-terminable lease period from the tenant’s side: 5.5 years
  • Annual rent: DKK 451,112
  • The investment was recouped within a seven-year lease period.
