DEAS is the leading player within management of residential properties and we more than 30 years of experience. We manage and take care of all types of housing in Denmark: private houses to let, condominiums, cooperatives and non-profit housing. The newly built, the old, the large properties and the small. This is where we started – and it is still the core business of DEAS. DEAS manages a total property portfolio on 10 million. sqm.

On a daily basis, we manage 25,000 residential properties, corresponding to 25% of our total portfolio.
