Cooperations

Since the introduction of PPP’s in Denmark, DEAS has entered into co-operative agreements with some of the nation's most experienced and professional PPP suppliers.

We have had a close cooperation with MT Højgaard since our first PPP project in 2005. In 2012, DEAS and MT Højgaard entered into an agreement with pension funds PensionDanmark, Sampension and PKA concerning co-operation and participation in future PPP projects. The consortium has so far won 2 projects, which are now under construction.

DEAS and MT Højgaard plan and carry out the construction jointly. Subsequently, both parties carry out operation and maintenance of the facilities. DEAS manages the PPP company. 

The collaboration combines financial strength with strong skills in property management, construction and facility services.
