New talents at DEAS Asset Management to realise the customers’ strategy
DEAS Asset Management A/S is welcoming a number of strong, new profiles to its ranks, markedly enhancing the company’s value proposition.
Customers will be offered new services and competencies within for example investment management, which includes preliminary work and consultancy services in connection with new property investments.

Three strong teams to raise figures and bricks

Christopher Elgaard Jensen will lead the investment management team as Head of Investment Management. Christopher will have the overall responsibility for locating and presenting relevant investment opportunities to customers. He will manage the team’s analysts and investment managers, who are, among other things, responsible for sourcing, negotiation and due diligence of potential property investments. He joins the company from a managerial position at Colliers International.
Kent Traulsen is head of DEAS Asset Management’s development team. He previously held the position of Technical Director at Nordea Ejendomme, which was acquired by the DEAS Group in 2018. Kent has headed several major development projects, including the development of the Frederiks Brygge waterfront area in Copenhagen.
Michael Brogaard Rønnelund has been appointed as Head of Asset Management. A former Fund Manager at Aberdeen Standard Investments, he will lead the team of asset managers who undertake property investments for customers, proactively manage and optimise the portfolios and provide customised reporting.

DEAS Asset Management is thus able to both identify and present investment opportunities to customers, provide strong consulting services and validation of the opportunities, realise specific property projects, including providing technical construction services, and then proactively optimise the portfolio.
Other new profiles at DEAS Asset Management
Kim Niklas Beck and Jens Rosenlund-Knudsen have also joined DEAS Asset Management as Senior Investment Managers. Kim comes from a position as Asset Manager at Steen & Strøm, while Jens is a former Senior Associate at Colliers International.
Jesper Werther Ahm has also started as Senior Asset Manager. He is a former Project Manager with responsibility for letting and development of the property portfolio at KFI.
