DEAS Asset Management gets experienced profile to head its development activities
Press release: Claus Skytte is the new Head of Development in DEAS Asset Management. He is set to realise the potential of the customer portfolios.
On 1 February 2020, Claus Skytte will assume his new role as head of the DEAS Asset Management development team. He comes from a position as the director of the development company Bonava, and also has many years of experience from NCC as a development director.
Claus is a highly experienced profile that comes to us with a distinctly commercial approach from his time in the construction industry, and he has solid experience in the development of both office and residential properties. DEAS Asset Management manages a portfolio of approximately EUR 30 billion for 15 Danish and foreign investors and specialises in office and warehouse as well as residential properties.
Claus Skytte will be responsible for identifying the development potential of the customers’ property portfolios. He will also be responsible for the creative process that includes concept and idea development, as well as the practical implementation of the projects. He will also be involved in seeking out new development projects for the benefit of customers.

Michael Brogaard Rønnelund is Head of Asset Management. He leads the team of asset managers who undertake property investments for customers, proactively manage and optimise the portfolios and provide customised reporting.
